The kitchen represents the quality and care about the organic raw materials are locally produced. Here awaits its guests with high skill when the brigade is composed only of chefs and sommeliers who circulate among the visitors to its inspiring cuisine and wine skills.

The ambition is to be one of Sweden’s best restaurants and bakeries. We use materials that are organic or locally produced to the greatest extent possible.
